Ingredients/Components
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 to
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- flour tortillas, quartered - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain. Put layer of tortilla quarters on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Heat together soup, enchilada sauce, chili and garlic powders. Top tortilla layer with about 1/3 of the cheese, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 the sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cheese.
