  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 to
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item
  • flour tortillas, quartered - 1 pkg

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain. Put layer of tortilla quarters on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Heat together soup, enchilada sauce, chili and garlic powders. Top tortilla layer with about 1/3 of the cheese, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 the sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cheese. Heat in 350° oven until cheese bubbles.
