Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- hamburger - 2 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown meat, onion and garlic; drain. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Heat well. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and place thin layer of sauce over bottom. Place 6 tortillas in pan and spread remaining sauce over top. Cover with six more tortillas. PourRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
