  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 1 doz
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown meat, onion and garlic; drain. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Heat well. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and place thin layer of sauce over bottom. Place 6 tortillas in pan and spread remaining sauce over top. Cover with six more tortillas. Pour
