- salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- eggplants - 2 item
- cans Italian tomato sauce - 2 item
How to make eggplant parmesan:
Slice peeled eggplant into 1/4 inch slices. Mix egg with milk; add a little garlic powder and salt. Dip each slice into this mixture and then in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels. Place a layer of fried eggplaRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, North american.
