Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- cold milk - 3 c
- oleo or butter - 1/2 c
- instant lemon pudding
How to make lemon lush:
Second Layer:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 c. Cool Whip Third Layer:2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding3 c. cold milk First Layer: Mix and spread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until lightly brown. Cool.Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Blend until spreadable. May require a little more Cool Whip.
Third Layer: Mix instant pudding with milk. Pour over first 2 layers. Top with Cool Whip.
