Ingredients/Components
- sticks butter - 2 item
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs, separated - 6 item
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- plain flour, sifted - 3 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time beating well after each. Mix soda in sour cream. Add flour alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
