  • milk - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • small bell pepper - 1/2 item
  • slices toast - 2 item
  • grated cheese sharp - 1/2 c
  • medium eggplant, peeled and diced - 1 item

How to make eggplant casserole:

Boil eggplant until tender and drain well. Add margarine and milk. Crumble toast into the mixture; add other ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Add a dash of Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Grate a small amount of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
