Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 6 8
- bunch green onions, thinly sliced - 1/2 item
- yellow mustard - 1 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped - 1 doz
How to make egg salad:
Mix all ingredients; add a little more mayonnaise, if desired. Chill. For a great lunch sandwich, spread egg salad on whole wheat bread.For variation, add 3 tablespoons finely chopped black olives or 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish.
