How to make egg noodles:
Beat the eggs; add water and salt. Stir in flour slowly until dough is soft and dry. Divide into 3 balls. Roll thin and spread out to dry. When really dry, cut into strips and then into desired widths.Recipe categories: Egg, Pasta, Main dish.
