Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 2 qt
- egg yolks - 18 item
- rum - 1 pt
- brandy - 1 pt
- table cream - 1 qt
- rye or bourbon - 1/2 item
How to make egg nog:
Beat the yolks. Add the sugar and beat. Add the rye or bourbon, rum and brandy. Add the milk and table cream. Just before serving, fold in the beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 20.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Holiday, Drinks.
