Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- stick margarine or butter - 1/4 item
- 9 to 10-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make egg custard pie:
Mix well the sugar, butter, vanilla and milk; bring to a boil. Beat eggs in mixer real well. When milk mixture comes to a boil, pour slowly over eggs, beating while pouring into pie shell.
