Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
How to make crumb coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 lb. margarine2 c. flour1 c. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon dash of nutmeg1/2 tsp. salt Cream margarine, sugar and eggs together. Beat well. Add flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla. Put into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Sprinkle crumbs on cake batter. Bake in 350° oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool; cut into squares.Recipe categories: Breads, Low sodium, Coffee cakes.
