  • pkg - 1 or
  • milk - 2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 8 item
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • unseasoned croutons - 4 c

How to make egg and bacon casserole:

Place butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Heat at 325° for 5 minutes or until melted, tilting to coat. Pour in croutons and set aside.

Combine milk, eggs and mustard; mix well. Sprinkle cheese over croutons, then pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
