- Cool Whip
- Cups Milk - 3 item
- Instant Vanilla Pudding - 2 Packages
- 45
- Container Chocolate Icing - 1 item
How to make eclair dessert:
Mix milk and pudding with hand mixer until thickened. Add the Cool Whip and set aside. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with graham crackers. Pour 1/2 the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of crackers and pour the remaining pudding over them. Add a top layer of graham crackers. Warm up the chocolate icing and pour over top.Refrigerate until ready to serve.
