  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • margarine - 6 Tbsp
  • cups milk - 3 item
  • white corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • 3 3/4 oz - 2 pkg
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar - 1 item
  • envelope Dream Whip, prepared according to package directions OR 1 small container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • box whole graham crackers, as needed - 1 item
  • Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with a single layer of whole graham crackers

How to make eclair dessert:

Beat pudding mix with milk well, then fold in prepared whipped topping. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with a single layer of whole graham crackers. Spread half of pudding mixture evenly over crackers. Cover with a second layer of crackers, then pour on the remaining pudding mix and a third layer of crackers.Topping:2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted6 Tbsp. margarine2 Tbsp. white corn syrup1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 cups powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk Melt chocolate with margarine. Add corn syrup, vanilla and milk. Mix and pour over eclair mixture. Cover tightly with foil. Refrigerate for 10 or more hours before serving.
