Easy pepper steak
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 4 c
- medium onion, cut in wedges - 1 item
- medium green or red peppers, cut into strips - 2 item
- can Franco-American beef gravy - 1 1/4
- boneless beef sirloin or top round steak 3/4-inch thick - 1 lb
How to make easy pepper steak:
Slice beef into thin strips. Add 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium heat. Brown beef in 2 batches. Remove. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Add peppers, onions and garlic powder and cook over medium heat until tender-crisp. Add gravy and Worcestershire. Return beef to pan.
