Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- beef stew meat - 3 lb
- beef flavor bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- can tomatoes, chopped - 1 oz
- instant tapioca - 1/4 c
- onions, cut into eighths - 3 item
- large carrots, cut in chunks - 3 item
How to make easy oven stew:
Heat oven to 300°. In large Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover. Bake for 6 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves. Makes 12 (1 cup) servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
