  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • bay leaves - 2 item
  • beef stew meat - 3 lb
  • beef flavor bouillon - 1 Tbsp
  • can tomatoes, chopped - 1 oz
  • instant tapioca - 1/4 c
  • onions, cut into eighths - 3 item
  • large carrots, cut in chunks - 3 item

How to make easy oven stew:

Heat oven to 300°. In large Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover. Bake for 6 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves. Makes 12 (1 cup) servings.
