Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium green pepper, diced - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- medium onions - 2 item
- medium carrots - 4 item
- stalks celery, diced - 3 item
- beef bouillon - 1 tsp
- potatoes, quartered - 8 item
- boneless beef roast - 4 lb
How to make easy oven roast:
Note: Need 1 large oven cooking bag. Shake flour in bag to coat. Place bag in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Roll down top of bag. Add tomato sauce, water, bouillon, salt and pepper. Squeeze bottom of bag to blend. Trim fat off roast; put roast in bag.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Roast beef.
