Ingredients/Components
- Burgundy wine - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- cans mushrooms - 2 item
- stewing beef, cut into bite-size pieces - 2 lb
How to make no peek casserole:
Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole with tight cover. Cover. Bake in 300° oven for 3 hours. Do not peek! Serve to 6 over steamed rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Stew.
