Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 tbsp
- water - 3 tbsp
- oriental sesame oil - 1 tsp
- cups chicken broth - 3 item
- egg - 1 item
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
How to make easy egg drop soup:
Mix cornstarch, water and oil. Boil 3 cups of chicken broth and add the cornstarch mixture. Rapidly stir in 1 beaten egg stirring until strands are cooked.Top with green onions and serve.
