  • water - 2 c
  • Lipton beefy onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • stew beef - 2 lb
  • can sliced carrots - 1 item
  • can whole new potatoes - 1 item

How to make easy beef stew:

Place beef in crock-pot. Mix beefy onion soup mix with 2 cups of water (just enough to cover meat). Cook on low about 10 hours. Add cans of sliced carrots and potatoes during last 3 hours. Cook setting on high about 4 to 6 hours.
