Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over pecans/coconut. Mix confectioners sugar, margarine, cream cheese and vanilla (margarine and cream cheese may be softened in microwave). Pour over chocolate mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
