  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut - 1 c
  • German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
  • Topping:1 box powdered sugar

How to make earthquake cake:

Topping:1 box powdered sugar1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla In 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, spray with Pam or put shortening. Line pan with 1 cup coconut and 1 cup pecans (just put in bottom of pan). Mix cake mix as directed and pour on top of coconut and pecans.

Cream together topping and spoon this on top of cake mix (cover by spoonfuls). Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
