- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder
- sifted flour - 2 c
How to make dumplings for stew:
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in butter. Add milk to make a soft dough. Turn onto floured board. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut into small squares. Drop into hot broth; cover and cook 20 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Healthy, Side dish.
