Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- small cabbage, chopped - 1 item
How to make german coleslaw:
Mix together oil and vinegar. Bring to boil and pour over the cabbage, pepper, onion, sugar and salt. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, German.
