- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 2 c
- cocoa - 2/3 c
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
How to make doubly chocolate cookies:
Heat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely.
