Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- Kahlua - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 item
- can condensed milk not evaporated - 1 item
How to make kahlua cake:
First Layer: Mix cake mix, Kahlua, oil and eggs. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.Second Layer: Melt butter and blend in brown sugar over low heat. Add pecans. Spread on hot cake.
Third Layer: Mix cream cheese, condensed milk and pudding mix with 1/2 cup milk. Spread on 2nd layer.
Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
