  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • coconut - 2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 item
  • Icing:1 small can evaporated milk or 1/2 large can

How to make doodle cake:

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.Icing:1 small can evaporated milk or 1/2 large can1 1/4 c. sugar1 stick butter2 c. coconut1 c. chopped pecans Mix milk, sugar and butter and cook over medium heat until it boils. Add coconut and pecans and pour over cake while hot.
