Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- coconut - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 item
- Icing:1 small can evaporated milk or 1/2 large can
How to make doodle cake:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.Icing:1 small can evaporated milk or 1/2 large can1 1/4 c. sugar1 stick butter2 c. coconut1 c. chopped pecans Mix milk, sugar and butter and cook over medium heat until it boils.
