  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • self-rising flour - 1/2 c
  • Pour into a greased baking dish
  • large can yams/sweet potatoes - 1 item

How to make sweet potato crunch:

Blend all ingredients together; mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish.Topping:1/2 stick butter1/2 c. self-rising flour1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans Mix well; pour over top of mixture. Cook, covered, for 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
