Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- Pour into a greased baking dish
- large can yams/sweet potatoes - 1 item
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Blend all ingredients together; mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish.Topping:1/2 stick butter1/2 c. self-rising flour1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans Mix well; pour over top of mixture. Cook, covered, for 40 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
