Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- whole eggs - 3 item
- sprinkle of salt - 1 item
- pumpkin cooked or canned - 2/3 c
- walnuts top - 1 c
- Roll cake up in towel sprinkled with powdered sugar
How to make pumpkin roll cake:
Mix all ingredients except nuts and bake in jelly roll pan at 375° for 15 minutes. Roll cake up in towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Let cool and add filling.Filling:1 c. powdered sugar2 (3 oz.) pkg. "Philly" cream cheese4 Tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix until creamy. Unroll cake and spread filling on cake.
