  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • whole eggs - 3 item
  • sprinkle of salt - 1 item
  • pumpkin cooked or canned - 2/3 c
  • walnuts top - 1 c
  • Roll cake up in towel sprinkled with powdered sugar

How to make pumpkin roll cake:

Mix all ingredients except nuts and bake in jelly roll pan at 375° for 15 minutes. Roll cake up in towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Let cool and add filling.Filling:1 c. powdered sugar2 (3 oz.) pkg. "Philly" cream cheese4 Tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix until creamy. Unroll cake and spread filling on cake. Roll up and chill.
