Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- cake flour - 3 c
- Wesson oil
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
- smashed bananas - 2 c
- Mix until blended by hand
How to make doctor bird cake:
Mix all dry ingredients; add pineapple, oil, eggs, vanilla and bananas. Mix until blended by hand. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 box confectioners sugar1 stick butter Mix until smooth.
