  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • cake flour - 3 c
  • Wesson oil
  • can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
  • smashed bananas - 2 c
  • Mix until blended by hand

How to make doctor bird cake:

Mix all dry ingredients; add pineapple, oil, eggs, vanilla and bananas. Mix until blended by hand. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 box confectioners sugar1 stick butter Mix until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
