Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour - 3 c
• cooking oil
• bananas - 2 c
• can pineapple do not drain - 1 oz

How to make doctor bird cake:

Sift together dry ingredients. Add undrained pineapple, cooking oil, vanilla, eggs and bananas, mixing well, but do not beat. Pour batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in preheated 350° oven.
