- sugar
- vanilla
- water - 3/4 c
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- egg white - 1 item
How to make divinity:
Mix sugar, water and syrup together in a bowl. Pour in pot. When it starts to boil, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Cook until soft ball stage. Beat egg white. Gradually add syrup mixture to egg white. Add vanilla. Beat with a spoon until ready to drop by spoonfuls on wax paper or pour in a buttered dish.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Candy.
