Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- egg white - 1 item
How to make fluffy frosting:
Bring to boil the sugar, cream of tartar, corn syrup, salt and water. Cook until sugar dissolves.Add egg white to boiling mixture, while beating with mixer until frosting is of spreading consistency. Add vanilla.
