Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- dry yeast - 2 tsp
- very warm water - 2 c
- powdered milk or substitute - 1 c
How to make dinner rolls:
Beat egg in a mixing bowl. Add 4 cups flour. Add oil, sugar, salt, yeast and one of the last ingredients. Beat 5 minutes by hand. Cover with a cloth until double in size or about 1 hour. Punch down.
