- salt - 1/4 c
- water
- vinegar
- cloves garlic - 4 item
- cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
- heads dill - 4 item
- small green beans - 2 lb
How to make dilly beans:
Trim bean tips; pack lengthwise into 4 pint jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. To each pint, put 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 clove of garlic and 1 dill head. Combine remaining ingredients; bring to boiling. Pour boiling hot over beans. Adjust lids; process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
