Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- diced celery - 1 c
- head lettuce - 1 item
- medium sweet onion, diced - 1 item
- hard-cooked, sliced eggs - 4 item
- bacon or Bac*Os - 1 item
How to make 7 layer salad:
Tear cleaned lettuce into small pieces. Place in 9 x 12-inch glass dish. Layer rest of ingredients in order given. Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread over top. Top with grated cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
