- salt - 1/4 c
- water - 2 c
- vinegar - 2 c
- cloves garlic - 4 item
- red pepper - 1 tsp
- dill seed - 4 dill
- string bans - 4 pt
How to make dilly beans:
Cook green string beans until still firm. Pack in jars. To each pint jar, add 1/4 scant teaspoon red pepper, 1 clove garlic and 1 head dill or 1/4 teaspoon dill seed. Heat vinegar, water and salt. Bring to a boil. Pour into jars. Seal.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Vegetables.
