Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- white wine - 2 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs, peeled - 8 item
- paprika for garnish - 1 item
How to make devilish eggs:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and mash with mayo, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mound mixture into egg whites (use a pastry bag for decorative effect). Sprinkle eggs with paprika. Refrigerate until served.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Appetizers.
