Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1/2 lb
- milk - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
- cans deviled ham - 2 1/2
- to 35 small rounds of white bread - 30 item
How to make deviled ham puffs:
Blend cream cheese, baking powder, milk and egg yolk together. Toast bread on one side. Spread untoasted side with deviled ham. Cover with a mound of cheese mixture. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.Make ahead and bake when ready to serve.
