Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Miracle Whip - 4 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs, shelled - 8 item
- prepared mustard or 1/8 tsp - 1/2 tsp
How to make deviled eggs:
Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in seasonings. Mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Put into egg tray or platter and sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Makes 16.Add 1 tablespoon of salt or vinegar to water when boiling eggs to keep the eggs from cracking (during boiling).
