Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- red pepper
- claw or regular crab meat - 1 lb
- melted butter or cooking oil - 1/4 c
How to make deviled crabs:
Mix well and pack into crab shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in moderate 350° oven about 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.Recipe categories: Side dish, Shellfish, Crab.
