Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- seafood seasoning - 1/2 tsp
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into cakes. Fry in butter or margarine until brown on each side. Makes 6 to 8 cakes.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
