Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • seafood seasoning - 1/2 tsp

How to make crab cakes:

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into cakes. Fry in butter or margarine until brown on each side. Makes 6 to 8 cakes.
