Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- cracker meal - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce optional - 1 Tbsp
How to make crab cakes:
Combine all ingredients. Form in patties. Fry in margarine or shortening until golden brown, turning once. Makes about 12.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
