Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • cracker meal - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce optional - 1 Tbsp

How to make crab cakes:

Combine all ingredients. Form in patties. Fry in margarine or shortening until golden brown, turning once. Makes about 12.
