- pork tenderloin - 2 lb
- sugar
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- cinnamon
- sherry - 2 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
How to make pork tenderloin:
Marinade:4 Tbsp. sugar1/4 tsp. salt4 Tbsp. soy sauce1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. sherry1 tsp. ground ginger2 tsp. lemon juice Mix marinade. Pour marinade over pork loin and refrigerate overnight. Place pork tenderloin in roasting pan. Bake 1 hour at 325°, basting frequently with marinade sauce until nice brown in color. Slice thin, using pan drippings when serving. Serve with rice.
