Ingredients/Components

• milk - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1 item
• unbaked pie shell - 1 item
• eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
• flavoring - 1 item
• sugar beat into eggs - 1/2 c

How to make custard pie:

Beat sugar into slightly beaten eggs. Add flavoring and nutmeg. Scald 2 cups milk. Pour slowly into eggs. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
