Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
• confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• peanut butter - 2 c
• Cool Whip - 8 oz
• graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
• Whip in peanut butter and Cool Whip
• marshmallow cream - 1 c
• crumbled peanuts - 1 item

How to make peanut butter pie:

Whip together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Whip in peanut butter and Cool Whip. Whip at least 5 minutes. Pour into graham cracker pie shell.Topping:3 egg whites1 c. marshmallow cream crumbled peanuts Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Add marshmallow cream. Beat into egg whites. Sprinkle with crumbled peanuts.
