Ingredients/Components
- pecan halves - 1 lb
- curry powder - 2 Tbsp
- butter 1/2 stick - 1/4 c
- salt can use less - 1 Tbsp
How to make curried pecans:
Melt butter in a shallow, small roasting pan. Stir in curry and salt. Add pecans and stir until coated. Bake in a 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and put in jars.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
