  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • 1 lb - 4 c
  • Squeeze Parkay margarine - 1/4 c

How to make curried pecans:

Marinate cooked shrimp in Italian dressing for several hours in the refrigerator. Drain and arrange on picks with pitted ripe olives.

Spread thin ham slices with whipped cream cheese. Roll up and chill. Cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Marinate fresh mushroom caps and artichoke hearts in Caesar dressing for several hours in the refrigerator. Drain and serve on picks.

Spread thin slices of French bread with soft margarine. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Heat at 350° until cheese melts.

Combine flaked crabmeat with enough mayonnaise to moisten. Season lightly with curry powder. Serve as a spread with Melba or sesame crackers.

Spread an 8 ounce package of cream cheese with chutney and serve with crackers.

Stuff large mushroom caps with whipped cream cheese, bacon, horseradish, chives or onions.

Spread Melba toast with margarine and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toast in a 400° oven until golden brown.
