  • large cucumber - 1 item
  • mayo or cream cheese - 1 item

How to make cucumber sandwiches:

Peel cucumber; cut lengthwise into quarters. Remove seeds. Slice into thin strips. Soak in ice water for 15 minutes; drain and pat dry. Spread flattened slices of bread with mayo or cream cheese. Cover with overlapping strips of cucumber. Sprinkle with seasoning. Trim crust and slice into finger strips.
