- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- cucumber - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- low-fat yogurt - 1 c
How to make cucumber dip:
Scrub cucumber; grate unpeeled cucumber and drain until almost dry. Combine with other ingredients. Chill before serving.Calories 6; fat 25; carbohydrates trace.
